The Birth of RemoteGem: A Journey of Hope and Purpose

Late November 2024, I sat at my desk scrolling through the never-ending list of job adverts that didn't suit me, feeling a heavy weight descending over me. I jokingly messaged my mum "I may revisit setting up my own business".

A few seconds later it hit me, this is something I can do, it wasn't something I would back out of, as it was something I could achieve. I started to research what I needed to do and created a list for myself. I had a plan, it wasn't perfect, but it was a plan.

The heavy weight started to lift and I had hope for the future for the first time in months, if not years.

From this moment RemoteGem was born.

Over the last few years, I have discovered my own journey in the Land of Woo to support me on an energetic level and start to help me heal from past experiences. This includes using crystals, sound baths, massage and reiki alongside traditional methods. Since I've taken part in the Wow Mom Mentorship, I have realised I am passionate about supporting businesses in the Land of Woo and those that are heart-led due to my experience of using them.

Here’s the thing it’s like walking into a new job and having to start all over again, before it hits you when you realise it feels like a pair of comfy shoes and you know the organisation like the back of your hand. This is where I excel, I get to this stage quickly. I love getting to know people, how an business ticks, and how I can use my skillset to help a person or business.
