I'm the founder of RemoteGem, and I help ambitious, heart-led business owners build the back-end systems that let them grow without everything relying on them.

With 15 years of experience in project, portfolio and admin support, I've spent my career bringing structure and calm to busy, fast-moving work. I started RemoteGem as a virtual assistant, and as I've grown, so has the support I offer. Today, I work as an Online Business Manager, looking at the whole picture of how your business runs and building the processes that help it scale.

My vision for RemoteGem is to be the trusted support system for heart-led businesses, bringing ease, organisation, and allowing their businesses to grow where their ambition takes them.

At home I share life with my incredibly supportive partner and our playful big dog, keeping our evenings lively. When I’m not working or spending time with loved ones, you’ll find me with a camera in hand, capturing the beauty of nature or re-charging with my ever-growing crystal collection.
